how can i fix my beko?

my two rings wont heat and the grill wont work

could be cutout stat on the back open circuit.could be a ring issue or a grill element issue.if they all failed at the same time remove the back panel and on your right as you look in the back is a cutout stat Middle right 2 wires to it possibly white?.that should be normally closed.if its open circuit you need a new one
