Mend Drayton Digi Stat Heating Thermostat Installation

installation of a new Drayton Digi Stat?

we have a new tenant in the appartment and the gas company advise us that we have to change the
Drayton Digi Stat. Is is easy to install it and How you install it and how much it costs . Do we need a proffessional to install or we buy and just use it straight away. Thank you for your advice.
