Mend Swan Door Freezer Top

fridge door wont close?

i have a swan fridge freezer , fridge is on the top , opened fridge door and cant get it to close , looks like the door has dropped , the make of it is SWAN , and its 2 yrs old

Swan Kitchen Appliances, Freezers Door Freezer Top

lift door up as you attempt to close it.if this works the bottom hinge has probably collapsed inside the door.this is a door issue and not a hinge issue.washer packer on bottom hinge can save the day

this is going to sound silly but I have to say it .make sure nothing is hindering door closure.you say the door has dropped ,you won't know for sure until you have total closure.inspect top and bottom hinges for failure .
