FBT noise and FBT drive transistor problem?

Hello, I have an old samsung WS28V53NS8XXEC and it did not turn on, I found Q401 (ksd5703 transistor which drives primary winding of FBT) had short collector-emitter, and i replaced it but as soon as turning tv on, transistor shorted again, I replace the transistor again and disconnect horizontal and vertical deflection coils from main board and this time, tv gets on but whit a loud noise from FBT and of course no picture but a dot on the screen. please help me to solve this problem.
