Can I easily overcome Neff coffee Machine problem?

Immediately after completing the clean cycle I pressed the cafe button for coffee, in the middle of grinding the beans it stopped and came up with ERROR 8 or ERROR B what does this mean? I have tried switching it off completely for 24 hrs with no change in the display upon restarting.
