My Beko DWD 4310S dishwasher wont drain?

My Beko dishwasher won't drain, water is left in the bottom. It doesn't go thru it's cycle

lay dishwasher on its back and remove the metal base plate.smack bang in front of you is the drain pump.quarter twist to remove it and check the impeller rotates freely.also hold drain hose over a bucket and select a program and make sure water pumps out the drain hose
