Mend DeLonghi Dragon 3 Heater Making Sound

delonghi dragon 3?

We have had our heater just a year and all of a sudden it is making a slight humming sound and the display panel has gone off, thought it may have been related to remote control so changed batteries but still nothing. When pressing any of the panel buttons nothing is happening

Same here after 6 years (ECC model). 10 year warranty so delonghi said they will replace it.
