how do I check pump on beko dw600?

hi techmonster, I have check outlet pipe and its clear, how do i remove pump, it looks like it should be easy but I can't get off. Tks Mick

hi, first thing to check is that the outlet pipe is not blocked especially if its connected to the trap on your kitchen sink.if all ok then you will have to inspect the pump . pull the appliance out and unplug power, remove rear panel and follow the outlet pipe that will be connected to the drainage pump,remove pump but be ready for a large amount of water .put down some towels. if you can see water in the dish washer try and bail as much out by hand as you can before you remove the pump.
