Mend Binatone A350 Happens Press Ok

Binatone Carrera A350,warning page up,nothing happens when you press ok?

Turn on, warning page up, no matter how long you leave it or how many times I have tried to reset it, when you press ' OK ' nothing happens i.e stays on 'WARNING' screen. This has been purchased second hand and without a SD card (which I assume is optional). Have I been ripped off or is there a fix?
