In the absence of the mind readers, I'd try to help but my crystal ball is in the shop for repair.

(So is my PC's automatic "insert punctuation were there isn't any so as to make sense" program.)

As all of our mind readers are off on a jolly this week, we are unable to help you, as, like sooooo many plonkers like yourself, fail to give any info. "tried key in ignition shut door pressed lock didnt work tried few times nothing any ideas", means nothing, and no, we don't have any ideas. Try agin next week when our mind readers are back.
