I have a Coby PMP4320 I did a hard reset and lost software?
I did a format and instead of it removing my files it actually formatted the entire unit. I have no software firmware or anything. I called Coby and they said Gee thats too bad. We don't have anything for that unit its too old. I like this unit its 20GB with expansion slot. Does movies and music and photos and e books.
