Changing the TDL30 rear bearing?

Please can someone let me know how best to access the drum rear bearing on the Hotpoint Aquarius TDL30. I need to change it, along with the door/drum seal which is badly worn - because the bearing is worn allowing the drum to drop.

What adhesive is used to fit the new seal?
