How can I get a replacement shower hose for a triton T180 shower?

do you mean leak at the part were it goes on to the shower, ?try useing plumers tape. and make sure its tight and the black rubber seal, is in the the end of the hose that screws into the shower , use the old one, also try ebay for that model of shower you have, but you might not have it tight, use a pliers to tighten it , but be carefull not to over tighten it, ,
