cleaned the filter`s but blows cold air out and doesn`t dry the clothes

Hotpoint Hotpoint CTD40 Household Appliances, Tumble Dryers Condenser Dryer Air

When i had this problem i took the big filter out (not the fluff filter in the door), stood it in the bath and showered it with a powerful jet of water from the shower. You wouldn't believe the amount of stuff that washed out of it!! Let it dry completely, put it back in the dryer, and it should work....
