I have a norfrost chest freezer C5AEW which is thawing my food, but when I press the fast freeze button is starts to freeze the food again so I am under the assumption that the thermostat has given up the ghost. I have been on the icetech site and came across a thermostat for the C4 series which is N1S409, would this also be the one for the C5 series. Many thanks Tracy
Update: Spoke to icetech Freezers yesterday re thermostat model number and they have confirmed that it is the same model number for both c4 and c5 series. Hope this helps others. Cheers Tracy x
