hi if you dont have the tdc timing pin its a little more difficult i had to do one the other day and didnt have the timing pins on van like i thought i had anyway all you need to do is put a screwdriver down cylinder 1 and turn crankshaft slowly untill piston is at highest point before going back down (so screwdriver will raise and just before it lowers again when screwdriver is at highest point is tdc) then get a piece of straight bar or a spanner that fits snugly in the groves in back of cams and line cams up untill can slot spanner across both cams into grooves therefor locking cams make sure cam pulleys are loose and with bottom at tdc and top cams locked put belt on set tensioner then tighten cam pulleys. note once put cambelt on bottom crank put auxillary belt pulley back on and tighten before setting tdc otherwise due to no woodruff key you will set timing up at tdc go to tighten bottom pulley and just alter timing so belt on bottom crank auxillary pulley on and tighten before setting tdc remember cam belt cover between the 2 pulleys aswell but very easy done mine in about hour and half start to finish started first time no problems. before starting turn over twice by hand and make sure no valve to piston knocks and make sure after turning over twice by hand that cylinder one is still at top (screwdriver test) and that when it is at the top you can still lock the 2 cams in grooves with spanner this ensures timing is still correct after manual turnover i.e not moved due to belt slack etc. A GOOD TIP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE ALSO IS DUE TO THERE BEING NO TIMING MARKS WHEN YOU HAVE SET TDC REMOVE STARTER MOTOR AND PUT A PAINT OR TIPEX MARK ON THE FLIGHWHEEL AND ON THE BLOCK WHERE STARTER MOTOR GOES IN THEREFOR CREATING YOUR OWN TDC MARK ON THE FLIGH WHEEL SO YOU DONT HAVE TO DO SCREWDRIVER TEST AGAIN JUST ALIGHT MARK ON FLIGHWHEEL AND YOU NO FROM DOING SCREWDRIVER TEST THAT THAT IS TDC HOPE THIS HELPS GOOD LUCK
