Mend Diplomat APL3301 Appliance Repair Electric

Problem with Diplomat APL3301 oven?

The power circuit that my oven sits on was blown on Friday. The circuit was switched back on and the oven clock is flashing. However the oven/grill etc no longer works and the lights on the dials do not even light up. I have no instruction manual for this oven, does anyone know if there's an internal switch/fuse that needs to be reset? I'm hoping that I don't need to buy a new oven!
