it just fizzled out?

My ebac 2650 was great,so pleased, then one day i turned it on after emptying the bucket, there was a fizzle'ing sound ,all lights went out and it stopped working..I have been aware that these are simply repaired problems,common in this model,, all i want is a reply to this question /recognise i have contacted you! And hopefully a way to get my 2650 repaired at a minimal cost... I cannot afford an outright replacement, but think this product is great. WILL YOU HELP
