combo van has no power?

my combo van has been in the garage for weeks, the engine runs fine but it has no power and can hardly go up hill. the diagnostic shows no faults, any had this problem to guide us to the right fault.

remove turbo inlet and feel for play in impeller,check intercooler and hoses for splits etc,if it is a 1.3cdti check valve timing-chains and tensioners are bad for wearing,take it filters have been done,also egr valves are bad for seizing,worth a look good luck
