lighter socket vaux vectra 96 p?

where abouts is the fuse located on a vaux vectra(b) 96 for the lighter socket and also have a prob with the speedo not working and abs light on all happened at the same could this be down to the same problem/ many thanks adam

Try fuse numbers 36 and 37 to start off with.
Should be written on the cover or inside the fuse box.
