Hi, if the brush underneath works when the button is pushed then its more than likely the water pump (if not a connection problem) situated at the bottom of the unit. They are available direct from Gotec Pumps ltd Uk 01491835530. Excellent service is provided by this company and I speak first hand. They cost £54.00 from here inc p&p where as rug doctor will no doubt charge double this.
