Vauxhall corsa 2000, 1.4 16v High revving on startup?

The car has had an engine rebuild, when the car is started it redlines on its own straight to 6000RPM. I've checked for air leaks and vucuum leaks, the throttle butterfly is closed, and the throtlle cable is free moving.
Four codes came up, i ran them through Autodata and apparently its 1120 throttle position sensor or MAP sensor implausible signal, 1405 EGR valve, 0400 EGR flow malfunction, 0105 MAP sensor or BARO sensor circuit malfunction. All these things look like they're linked so any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated
