Mend base 1 Phone Flashing Base

my phone is flashing base 1 , how can i fix it?

My handset has base 1 on iit and i cant ring out or ring in.

It has lost it's connection to the base unit. If you have the user guide, look up Registration. If you don't, which phone do you have?
