Samsung TV stuck on one channel?

My Samsung T.V is stuck on one channel; it has been like this for a few days now. I have turned it off and back on again but this doesn’t make any difference? The control is working fine as the little red light lights up on the TV when I press any of the buttons, the Volume is the only button that seems to do anything from the control?

Would be great if you can help 
