6 CD multi-changer stuck in Ford Mondeo 06 model?

My 6 CD multi-changer in the boot of my Mondeo has stuck and won't play or eject - it tries to eject, but somethings not working right! Had the problem before and managed to 'jiggle' it about a bit to get it working, but nothing is working this time! Looks like one of the CD caddy's has stuck whilst partially out and wont release. Anybody have any ideas?
