Low to Hi Pressure?

Hope some one out there can help. I have just had my central heating boiler replaced with a combi,this runs of mains water pressure my toilet was low pressure the installer did not convert it now it has a continuous seepage of water into the toilet bowl the heating guy says he can't help,this is a back to wall toilet with a concealed cistern how can I fix this
