my dryer stopped working i have cleaned the filters taken out the water container its empty when i put it back the red ligh gose off i have checked the tuble dryer is moveing and the belt is not broken turned it on and off several times the belt drive is not broken that turns the tub and there is power to everything .. is it time for the rubbish dump had it for 5 years and it never let me down also i fitted a new door a year ago thats it.. thank you if you have any ideas

is the plastic pin still fitted to the door where it goes through the front cabinet to press the micro switch that makes it all work?.could even be a fault of the micro switch behind the door pin
