Mend Renault Grand Scenic 05 Wont Start Engine

My Grand Scenic 05 won't Start but high pitched sound coming from engine?

My grand scenic 05 wont start and now the dash is blank . And thers is a high pitched sound coming from the engine . Also the door key pad wont lock or unlock the doors . Anyone have any idea's ?

sounds like a flat battery..have you tried charging/replacing or getting a jump start?
