bh2004d tv will not come on?

I have a black square relay with a burnt spot at the top and bottom of the contact foil on the main board next to the thermister and the connector also has burnt residue. The location number for the relay and thermister is pr801 and pr802. Can you tell me where i can find compabible parts or a service manual that can guide me. Any assistance with this dead set will be helpful.
