how do i fix my samsung b1415j big wash washing machine??

ten minutes into the cycle the washer has stopped.the diplay is reading DOOR asif the washer door is open.the door is closed properly because the cycle wouldnt start if otherwise, has any body come across this before,and could anybody give a solution to the problem please!?????
