Why can;t i select a ANGLIA region on my FREESAT box?

I have purchased a second BUSH BFSA T02SD freesat box,the first one is perfect but this one will not let me select my postcode so have to use default.It will not let me choose ANGLIA on the region button...says not available but i can get BBC EAST.I am stuck with CENTRAL(W).The other box is fine on the second tv so don't understand.Have swopped it in ARGOS but new one is the same.
