Oven Flame on Leisure Laureat 2 gas cooker?

The oven flame on my Leisure Laureat 2 gas cooker doesn`t get up to full strength any longer. Is there a thermo couple inside the oven, next to the burners that could be the cause of this problem? If so are they readily available and can they be relatively easily replaced.
