When I press the black knob on my sunci steamer steam does not come out?
Please advise: My scunci steamer seems to heat up fine, but the black "dispensing knob" seems broken. No steam comes out upon pressing it. I know the "snout" or long dispensing tube is clear as I can blow air through it upon unscrewing it. How can I can the unit to dispense steam upon pressing the dispensing black knob?
