daf 45 engine wont stop when switched off at key?

My Daf LF 45 is not switching off at the key either, when I turn the key off I get an Alarm notice with - (clean Filter with three water teardrop shapes) three times when I did get it to stop - i walked away and it switched back on and tried to start it's self with out the Key IN? -MAD - any help

sometimes debris can get between seat and plunger,[you will need to remove stop solenoid and clean it out] which dosent allow it to shut off fuel.-try pulling the terminal off when running -it should stop.

meant to say if not an lf ,the plunger in the solenoid valve on the fuel pump ,the solenoid is the item with the 1 wire going on to it ,either the wiring is at fault of the solenoid needs replacing
