Could be that the TV was moved when switched on (CRT shadow mask become magnetized) Unplug from the mains supply for about 1 hour then switch on. If not a fix them the CRT may have to be demagnetized by a service engineer.

check your picture as it was before sky. ie remove skart i/p & revert to aerial. if ok, recall installer. if not, your tv is at fault & could be the tube. more info needed as to make & age
