Thetford manual flush not working properly?

Hi
The flush on my manual C200 toilet has stopped working properly. It does flush a small amount but does not have much pressure when the plunger is pushed down. I think the pump may have failed and I see you can buy a complete unit. Has anyone fitted one of these and how difficult is it.
