How do I adjust the headlights on my nissan micra 1999?

How do I adjust the headlight beams on my nissan micra 1999 - mot failure for "Headlamps aim too low".

d is right,it takes a minute to adjust them when they have it on their beamsetter,a decent garage would have done this for you

If you look down on lamps there should be a hole in which you insert an allen key to turn.Park car next to a wall,turn on lights and adjust up with allen key. Do not ever go back for an mot from those twats again...most places would adjust them for free if thats all it failed on.
