Bulb replacement light and engine management light?

I have a 2006 vauxhall vectra and the bulb replacement light on the dash will not go out, all bulbs have been checked internally and externally and the car has been put on a diagnostic machine but no problems have surfaced, with this, the engine management goes on in the morn and on average, after 5 mins of driving it goes out and then goes on and off at irregular intervals when driving! are these problems related perhaps?
