how do I change my kenmore vacuum belt on modell 116?

You have no idea how frustrated I am. I have a Kenmore Canister vacuum, 116.26212690 C. I'm not a stupid man. I want to repair a broken wheel. I found the 2 screws on the bottom and removed them. There are 2 more points of attachment, but for the life of me I can't find the screws to remove them. There
are numerous replies on different sites telling me to remove the cord retraction swithch, but I don't have one. I just tug on the wire and it retracts automatically. HELP!

You need to post the complete model number. Just about all Kenmores begin with 116. There are more numbers (usually smaller) after the 116.
