bluetooth not working?

i have just purchased 57 plate mondeo zetec and bluetooth not working on 6000cd
first do all models have the bluetooth installed?
if yes then i have looked at the fuses and where are the numbers located as there is text to remove 58 and 112. i have tried all the other options listed, holding the phone button and on off button. can anyone help
