How can I fix my mile w2104 waning machine?

The "check drain" light has flashed numerous times recently. I manually drain the water then clean the fluff filter which never seems to have anything in it. I have also been having trouble with the spin cycle where the clothes haven't been spun properly. The last time I used the machine water was gushing out of the soap dispenser. Can you please tell me how to fix this problem.
