Start button on john Lewis Tumble Drier wont function. ?

lid off fascia.undo screws holding front fascia panel and take off.Remove pcb behind buttons. this gives access to diffuser plastic web piece.to difficult to explain every nut/screw holding it on but the plastic front does come off and is a tight fit unless you release the whole front frame piece which is what I do.takes 20mins
