I have just fitted a new battery to my scantronic 9448 alarm?

How do I reset /get my system to work again

if you have crossed the batt connections,you will be very lucky if its just the fuse that blows,hope that all it is,as alarm guy says,check fuse with a multi meter no,use just holding it up to the light,scantronic panels are very good,they can be forgiving,up to a point !

New battery fitted the correct way around?
Fuse blown, and looking at it is not a test.
