how can i reattch coax fitting on back of tv not the cable?

you will probably need to replace the whole tuner, as the socket is welded to it on the body and contacts soldered inside and is hard to repair. good news is that many tvs use the same tuner so try your local tip for a junk set to cannibalise. a new tuner can cost 20-30 notes.
