Triton Power Shower keeps shorting?

Model: Aqua Sensation Thermostatic:
Had water off and was draining pipes as fitting new kitchen downstairs. Turned on power shower to speed up and it tripped the electric after spitting out what I guess was only water inside the unit. Now wont start again; suspect I need to bleed water back through unit but not sure how to....

Any advice greatly appreciated!!
