Mend Ford 7840SL Power Slow Changed

why are my hydraulics losing power?

i own a ford 7840sl dual power tractor and my hydraulics are very slow, i've changed all hydraulic filters and this hasn't made any difference can anyone give me any advice or ideas as to what could be wrong or coursing the problem ?!

Probably would be a good idea to get the hydraulic pump specifications and check the pressures. I hope that helps some.Is their alot of hours on the machine?
