water pressure?

Can anyone help this year long problem. I have great water pressure in all downstairs. Water pressure upstairs in EVERY tap is low due to decreasing slowly over last year. Does anyone know what would cause a slow lack of pressure to EVERY tap UPSTAIRS. Bath, sink etc. All is great outside and inside DOWNSTAIRS, BUT affects all UPSTAIRS pressure ONLY.
