code please for philips cassette with cd changer controller?

anyone help with this problem this is the number on the side panel.rg710fr2007481....numbers on top,type no 22,dc710/61e..digital combo.3band.amr 2195.just bought this car 2days ago .seller said radio was working..but,i don,t believe him,why then does it ask for a code?
