1997 Renault Megane 2 LTR Coupe ?

I just want to remove the rear brake drums from the car to have a look at the remaining depth of linings and dust out the brakes/clean -up etc.How do I remove the drums ? I see a large single nut but is there any sort of thrust washer/bearing that comes out having undone the nut or what.I don't want to slacken anything off or remove the bearing/drum only to find I will need a new thrust washer/split pin/bearing or whatever.What would be the torque setting when putting the bearing back on? Any help appreciated.
