Mend Acer AT3021W Picture Area Screen

ACER AT3021W Picture In Wrong Area Of Screen?

Recently I had to replace capacitors on the main board of my ACER AT3021W television so it would power up properly. Now the picture in Componont mode has been shifted down and to the right. It is in the right position in AV mode. There does not seem to be any picture position adjustment available any where. Any suggestions?
